What's the opportunity?

The next generation of revenue organizations will look very different from today's GTM teams. We're looking for a Revenue Enablement leader to help build that future, moving beyond traditional training delivery to create an AI-powered operating system that scales our revenue organization.

This is not a conventional enablement role. As AI changes how products are sold, how reps learn, and how work gets done, you'll define the right balance of human and AI effort across our go-to-market teams and design the team and workflows to match.

What will I be doing?

Building the future of revenue execution

  • Build a next-generation enablement function for an AI-native company, shifting from reactive training to intelligent systems that improve execution, productivity, and customer outcomes
  • Design scalable operating models that keep pace with fast product and GTM cycles

Embedding AI across the revenue lifecycle

  • Identify high-impact opportunities in sales workflows, onboarding, coaching and feedback, product launches, customer interactions, and knowledge management
  • Work with RevOps, Product, and Engineering to deploy AI-native tools, and drive adoption across Sales, Solutions, Partnerships, and Customer Success

Connecting product to field readiness

  • Integrate launch cycles, positioning, competitive intelligence, and field readiness so revenue teams can pivot quickly as products and customer needs evolve

Leading organizational change

  • Shape how team structures, roles, workflows, and processes evolve as we move to AI-first ways of working
  • Lead change management, and advise executive leadership on the long-term strategy for revenue execution

What skills do I need?

  • 15+ overall years of experience, 5+ years of leading enablement teams at a technology company.
  • Track record building or evolving enablement, GTM operations, or revenue systems functions in high-velocity SaaS or AI-native environments
  • Mastery of strategic revenue systems, including:
    • Complex revenue workflows
    • High-velocity product launch cycles
    • Next-generation GTM execution
    • Precision sales productivity systems
  • Hands-on experience operationalizing AI-powered tools and workflows across the revenue lifecycle
  • Strong cross-functional partnership with Product, Engineering, PMM, Sales, and RevOps
  • Ability to combine systems thinking with fast execution
  • Experience leading complex organizational change

We're intentionally looking beyond traditional enablement backgrounds. Strong candidates may come from GTM strategy and operations, commercialization, product operations, AI workflow design, or product-led GTM.

You might be a fit if you:

  • Think in systems and adapt quickly
  • Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building where no playbook exists
  • Believe AI will fundamentally reshape how revenue organizations operate

*Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

The base salary range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is $310,000 - $332,000. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
