About the Role

Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience are strategic drivers of our company's success. We are expanding our People Team to drive our culture and talent growth across the APAC region.

This hybrid role bridges Employer Branding and Employee Experience. You will act as our regional culture champion while executing recruitment marketing strategies that position us as an employer of choice. Operating cross-functionally across People, Brand, Talent Acquisition, Communications, and Social Impact, you will attract top-tier candidates and design programs that engage, motivate, and retain our team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Employee Experience & Culture (APAC)

  • Culture Championship: Tailor global culture programs, mission, vision, and values to resonate with employees across the APAC region.
  • Hybrid Workforce Programs: Design experiences that foster connection, empathy, and engagement across hybrid teams.
  • Core People Initiatives: Own regional execution of the new hire buddy program, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), interest groups, and new hire onboarding swag.
  • Internal Event Coordination: Plan and execute internal events, including office celebrations, company all-hands, and local industry meetups.
  • Employee Feedback & Engagement: Monitor regional employee engagement survey insights to identify growth opportunities and enhance workplace appreciation/recognition programs.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Workplace Experience team and Global Employee Experience leads to ensure consistent, high-standard experiences across all global offices.

Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing

  • Recruitment Campaigns: Plan and execute virtual and in-person recruitment marketing events, sponsorships, and digital campaigns (social, ads, influencer) to generate qualified candidate pipelines in APAC.
  • Content & Channels: Develop multi-channel content (ads, blog posts, video shoots, job descriptions) adhering to company brand standards to boost candidate awareness and consideration.
  • Accolades & Recognition: Partner with Communications and People teams to submit the company for regional workplace awards and amplify achievements internally and externally.
  • Talent Community Management: Manage and optimize our employer brand presence across talent communities (e.g., LinkedIn, Glassdoor etc).
  • Global Inclusion and Opportunity: Research and execute new employer branding initiatives that align with Global Inclusion & Opportunity (GIO) and overall hiring efficiency goals.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience: 3–5 years of combined experience in employer branding, event coordination, recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, or employee engagement (preferably within a high-growth SaaS or technology company).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work seamlessly with agencies, designers, producers, and internal global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Project & Event Management: Strong project management and organizational skills with a track record of balancing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and visual content development skills.
  • Proactive Mindset: A self-starter who exercises sound judgment, takes initiative, solves problems creatively, and adapts quickly to changing needs.
  • Global Flexibility: Comfortable collaborating with peers across global regions; ability to travel globally when required.
