This role will lead recruiting teams to drive hiring strategies and to partner and plan with HR teams and leaders. As an action-oriented strategic partner to business stakeholders, this role will carry the recruiting subject matter expertise for the global orgs, and will build, scale, and structure the recruiting teams for success and future growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Hire and develop high performing teams, while establishing and executing objectives, and leading teams to reach quarterly hiring goals and OKR’s
- Coach teams to prioritize creating diverse talent pipelines, while fostering high touch relationships with active and passive candidates
- Work across strategic or leadership level roles when needed
- Stay on top of the latest recruiting strategies and market movements, while facilitating training sessions with recruiters and leaders as it pertains to sourcing, interviewing, profile identification, process workflow, etc.
- Contribute to growing IC’s, in-team leaders, as well as other leaders throughout the organization through coaching, mentoring, and setting the bar for organizational and principled leadership
- Use funnel metrics which impact the business to drive actions and change management to address resource and operational challenges, while ensuring the recruiting process is fast, efficient, and human at all stages
Who You Are:
- Experienced in 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting with 4+ years leading recruiting teams
- An experienced people manager who has managed mid-sized teams and seeks out opportunities to mentor and develop others in their careers.
- Excellent cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management
- Superior at selling value proposition, negotiating and closing great candidates
- Skilled at operating with a sense of urgency in all stages of the recruiting cycle
- Able to successfully navigate and pivot to changing business needs while using data to identify and drive change
