This is a high-trust role. You’ll be expected to own meaningful product work, step in when things are unclear or blocked, and help ensure we’re building the right things—not just designing them well. You’ll own and design complex product areas end-to-end, while also acting as a close partner to the Head of Design - helping drive decisions, unblock teams, and maintain momentum when needed. This is a hands-on role. You’ll be expected to do deep product work yourself, while also raising the bar across the team through critique, direction, and strong product thinking. This role will be in-office 4 days a week.
