Big Ideas. Real People.

At Orca, in the right environment and with the right team, talent has no boundaries. This team spirit, together with our drive to always aim high, has quickly earned us unicorn status and turned us into a global cloud security innovation leader. So, if you’re ready to join an amazing team of people who inspire each other every day, now is the time to find your place in our pod.

Highlights:

  • High growth: In just six years, we’ve reached milestones that take other companies a decade or more. We’ve doubled our employee count, tripled our customer count, and rapidly expanded our product capabilities.
  • Disruptive innovation: Our founders saw that traditional security didn’t work for the cloud so they set out to carve a new path. We’re relentless pioneers who invented agentless technology and continue to be the most comprehensive and innovative cloud security company.
  • Well-capitalized: With a valuation of $1.8 billion, Orca is a cybersecurity unicorn dominating the cloud security space. We’re backed by an impressive team of investors such as Capital G, ICONIQ, GGV, and SVCI, a syndicate of CISOs who invest their own money after conducting their due diligence.
  • Respectful and transparent culture: Our executives pride themselves on being accessible to everyone and believe in sharing knowledge with the employees. Each employee has a place in shaping the future of our industry.

About the role:

  • AI Security is a strategic part of the Orca platform. Our customers are adopting models, agents, MCP servers, coding agents and AI app builders faster than their security teams can track. They need to know what AI is running in their environment, what it can reach, and where it puts the business at risk.
  • We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Orca's core AI Security offering end to end, including the data security capabilities that show customers which sensitive data their AI can reach. You'll work with a dedicated engineering team and set the product's vision, strategy and roadmap.
  • This is a strategic, highly cross-functional role. AI touches almost every part of our platform: cloud posture, workloads, runtime, code, identities, the external attack surface and compliance. Beyond the core offering, you'll lead AI Security initiatives that span other security domains, such as runtime detection of AI activity or the security of AI coding agents, working with the PMs who own those domains to deliver one connected product.
  • The role is based in Tel Aviv as part of our product team, working closely with a dedicated engineering team in the UK and reporting to an Israeli manager based in the US. It requires a high level of independence, ownership and initiative.

On a typical day you'll:

Product strategy & execution

  • Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for Orca's AI Security offering.
  • Define how Orca discovers, assesses and prioritizes AI risk across cloud-managed and self-hosted models, AI agents, MCP servers, AI packages, coding agents, AI platforms such as Claude and ChatGPT, and AI-generated applications.
  • Grow the product across AI posture and inventory (AI-SPM, AIBOM), runtime visibility and detection of AI activity, AI governance, AI security frameworks (such as the OWASP Top 10 for LLMs and NIST AI RMF), and detection of sensitive data exposed to AI.
  • Make the prioritization calls between coverage, detection accuracy and ease of use, and set clear success metrics for adoption, precision and customer value.

Cross-domain leadership

  • Lead AI Security initiatives that span several security domains, such as runtime, workloads, application security, cloud posture, identity and attack surface, working with the PMs who own them from definition through launch.
  • Define the shared AI building blocks other domains build on, such as the AI inventory, context and risk prioritization.
  • Partner with engineering, threat research, design, sales engineering, customer success and product marketing to ship on time and prepare the field to sell and support what you ship.

Customer & market engagement

  • Spend time with CISOs, security architects, and application and platform security teams who are working out how to secure AI adoption, and turn what you learn into product decisions.
  • Follow a fast-moving market, including AI security startups, CNAPP competitors and the AI platforms themselves, and decide where Orca should lead.
  • Represent Orca as a thought leader in AI Security with customers, partners and industry analysts.

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience in the tech industry, including 3+ years as a Product Manager building B2B cybersecurity SaaS products.
  • Engineering background is a must: hands-on experience as a software engineer, security engineer, security researcher or a sales engineer.
  • Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and of cloud security products (CNAPP or similar).
  • Proven ability to lead through influence: driving initiatives across teams and PMs you don't manage, in distributed, international organizations.
  • Highly independent, proactive and execution-driven; you thrive with autonomy and ownership.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; you can simplify complex topics for executives, engineers and customer-facing teams.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written, is a must.

Big advantage:

    • Hands-on understanding of how AI applications are built (LLMs, agents, MCP, RAG, coding agents), and daily use of AI tools in your own work.
    • Experience building AI security, data security (DSPM) or CNAPP products.
    • Familiarity with AI risk frameworks and regulation, such as the OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, MITRE ATLAS, NIST AI RMF and the EU AI Act.
