Transform healthcare with us.
At Qualified Health, we're redefining what's possible with Generative AI in healthcare. Our infrastructure provides the guardrails for safe AI governance, healthcare-specific agent creation, and real-time algorithm monitoring, working alongside leading health systems to drive real change.
Qualified Health's Life Sciences business is growing quickly, with work across several leading pharmaceutical organizations. Each organization has multiple brand teams with different objectives and leaders, and delivery runs from the pharma customer through our clinical, product, data, and engineering teams to health system IT and the care pathway workflows we deploy, often across more than one health system per program.
As Senior Program Manager, Life Sciences, you will be accountable to our customers for what we have committed to deliver. You will be the single source of truth for leadership and customers: defining and managing contractual scope, building and tracking delivery plans, knowing where every program stands, calling out problems before they become crises, and telling people early who needs to step in. The role is hands-on today and grows into leadership: you will build the PMO for Life Sciences and, as the business grows, hire and lead a team.
Define and manage contractual scope for Life Sciences programs, and keep delivery aligned with customer commitments as work evolves.
Build and track delivery plans across customer, clinical, product, data, engineering, AI transformation, and health system IT teams, and course-correct early when work deviates from plan.
Surface risks and blockers proactively, say clearly what is blocking progress, and bring in the right leader at the right time.
When delivery drifts from plan, reset the plan and the conversation with the customer.
Give leadership and customers a single view of progress (green, yellow, red), including risks, issues, and what help is needed, and use AI tools to produce it quickly.
Own external customer communications, including recurring check-ins every 3 to 4 months with pharma stakeholders, with honest, polished updates on what is done and what is not.
Work with the teams that lead health system delivery so each program has one accountable view from commitment to deployment.
Help build the Life Sciences PMO, including its operating rhythm, templates, and reporting, and lead it as the function grows.
Demonstrated ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder programs end to end at a senior level, with hands-on ownership of scope, plans, risks, and status.
Experience in an external customer-facing role, including executive-level updates and steering committee style check-ins with customer stakeholders.
Track record of working across clinical, product, data, and engineering teams to deliver on commitments.
Strong skills in scoping work, building delivery plans, and managing issues, risks, and dependencies.
Active, practical use of AI tools in your current work, with examples of how you have applied them.
Proactive, clear communication with executives and customers, including comfort raising uncomfortable truths early.
High sense of urgency and comfort with ambiguity, with an owner's mindset.
Proficiency with project and task management tools (Notion, Jira, or similar). No single tool is required.
An undergraduate degree.
Experience in life sciences or pharma programs, ideally on the commercial or program side, and familiarity with how pharma teams work.
Healthcare or health system experience.
Experience in a startup environment, or launching a new team or business inside a larger company.
Experience leading or building a team.
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing company and a world-class team that is poised to change the healthcare industry. We are a passionate, mission-driven team building a category-defining product. We are backed by premier investors and are looking for founding team members who are excited to do the best work of their careers.
Our employees are integral to achieving our goals, so we are proud to offer competitive salaries with equity packages, robust medical/dental/vision insurance, flexible working hours, hybrid work options, and an inclusive environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
The pay range for this role is between $170,000 and $200,000, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
