Senior Technical Solutions Manager

As Reddit continues to scale its advertising business, we’re looking for a Senior Technical Solutions Manager based in London to help drive the success of Reddit Ads across the region.

This is a senior individual contributor role that works across the Reddit Ads product portfolio, with particular expertise in app advertising technologies. You’ll act as a trusted technical advisor to advertisers, agencies, partners, Sales, Product, Engineering, and regional go-to-market teams.

You’ll lead complex investigations across campaign creation, delivery, measurement, reporting, APIs, integrations, funding, account access, and third-party reporting. You’ll also translate recurring technical issues and customer feedback into product improvements, scalable guidance, and more effective operating processes.

This role is expected to work from the London office 1–2 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex technical investigations: Diagnose and resolve ambiguous advertiser and partner issues across Ads Manager, campaign creation, targeting, ad experiences, delivery, pacing, auctions, reporting, measurement, Business Manager, asset sharing, funding instruments, credit lines, account access, APIs, integrations, MMP and SKAN workflows, validation requests, and third-party reporting discrepancies.
  
  
• Advise customers and partners: Act as a trusted technical advisor, translating business objectives into practical recommendations across implementation, measurement, troubleshooting, and platform usage.
  
  
• Manage escalations end to end: Triage urgent and revenue-impacting issues, coordinate the appropriate Product and Engineering stakeholders, maintain clear communication, and drive resolution against agreed service expectations.
  
  
• Apply structured technical analysis: Use logs, data, APIs, event payloads, developer tools, documentation, and reproducible test cases to isolate root causes and distinguish between configuration issues, integration failures, measurement discrepancies, and product defects.
  
  
• Influence product and engineering priorities: Identify recurring technical issues, regional friction points, and operational gaps. Turn findings into clear business narratives, evidence-based recommendations, and actionable roadmap feedback.
  
  
• Support product quality and launches: Partner with Product and Engineering to test new features, validate advertiser workflows, identify risks before launch, and improve technical readiness.
  
  
• Create scalable solutions: Convert recurring issues into runbooks, documentation, enablement, tooling, and automation that reduce repeat investigations and improve the customer experience.
  
  
• Improve AI-assisted support workflows: Help manage and refine AI-enabled support flows, ensuring that outputs are accurate, well governed, and aligned with Reddit Ads processes.
  
  
• Build structure in a growing function: Identify support gaps, establish repeatable processes, strengthen relationships across teams, and help shape how EMEA Technical Solutions operates.
  
  
• Represent EMEA Technical Solutions: Share regional customer impact and technical insights with global Technical Solutions, Sales, Product, Engineering, and go-to-market leadership.
  
  
• Participate in on-call support: Join a senior rotation supporting critical, revenue-blocking platform issues.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in technical solutions, solutions engineering, ad technology, digital advertising, measurement, integrations, or a related customer-facing technical role.
  
  
• Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including campaign setup, targeting, delivery, pacing, bidding or auction dynamics, reporting, attribution, measurement, and advertiser troubleshooting.
  
  
• Strong expertise in mobile app advertising, including app event instrumentation, SDK and MMP configuration, attribution flows, SKAN, and app campaign diagnostics.
  
  
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and technical integrations, including reading API documentation, testing endpoints, analysing request and response payloads, and troubleshooting authentication and permission issues.
  
  
• Experience using logs, data analysis, developer tools, and reproducible test cases to investigate technical issues.
  
  
• Working knowledge of web technologies and digital protocols, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs, feeds, and XML.
  
  
• Ability to prioritise customer impact, revenue risk, urgency, and scalable solutions in ambiguous situations.
  
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  
  
• Experience partnering effectively with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and external technology providers.
  
  
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently, lead through influence, and create structure in a developing function.
