The Role

We're hiring a Staff Growth Marketer to build and own our product-led growth motion: the engine that turns clinicians who hear about Abridge into clinicians who use it every day, and turns that usage into expansion.

This is a senior individual contributor role with a heavy focus on PLG. You'll run point on all paid marketing (paid social, Google, programmatic, and OOH) and own the paid budget. You'll be the subject-matter expert for PLG across Marketing, setting direction for how we acquire, activate, and retain end users, partnering closely with Product, Data, and Sales to connect bottoms-up adoption to enterprise pipeline. You'll also be the go-to advisor for growth for the broader marketing team, coaching across enterprise demand, lifecycle, and expansion. We're looking for someone who can design the strategy, run the experiments, and raise the bar for everyone around them.

What You’ll Do

  • Define the PLG roadmap and connect it to every growth motion. Translate company goals into a prioritized plan for end-user acquisition, activation, engagement, and expansion, and align it with Product, Sales, and RevOps.

  • Own the end-user funnel. Map the clinician journey from first touch to habitual use. Identify the biggest drop-offs and build programs that move them: onboarding, in-product prompts, lifecycle email, and referral loops.

  • Run a high-velocity experimentation program. Set the hypothesis backlog, test design standards, and readout cadence. Ship tests across web, product surfaces, paid, and lifecycle, and scale what works.

  • Own paid marketing and the paid budget. Run point on all paid activity across paid social, Google, programmatic, and OOH. Set channel mix and budget allocation, manage platform and agency partners, and work with Product Marketing, Creative, Events, and Sales to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns against adoption and pipeline targets.

  • Connect bottoms-up adoption to enterprise pipeline. Partner with Sales and RevOps to define product-qualified signals, route them to the right teams, and show how usage drives expansion within health systems.

  • Build the measurement foundation for PLG. In partnership with Data Science and GTM Tech, define activation and retention metrics, attribution for product-led paths, and the dashboards the team runs on.

  • Pioneer new methods with AI. Build tools and workflows that speed up research, personalization, testing, and analysis, and coach the team to use them.

  • Advise on growth more broadly. Be the team's growth advisor beyond PLG. Coach marketers on experimentation, funnel analysis, and channel strategy, pressure-test growth plans for demand, lifecycle, and campaigns, and set standards others adopt.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of growth marketing experience, with at least 4 years owning product-led growth at a high-growth software company; AI company experience preferred

  • A track record of moving activation, conversion, or retention metrics at scale, and the funnel math to show it

  • Deep experimentation skills: Experiment across channels and tactics to drive user acquisition and translate results into scalable playbooks

  • Hands-on experience running paid programs across paid social, search, programmatic, and OOH, including owning the budget and reporting on its return

  • Strong B2C instincts in a B2B setting: you know how to reach and activate end users, and how their adoption earns the economic buyer's attention

  • Comfort building internal tools and workflows with AI, and a habit of using it to work faster and better

  • Low ego, high standards: direct, collaborative, and focused on outcomes over credit

Bonus Points

  • Experience driving PLG in healthcare, or selling to clinicians and other professional end users

  • Background building a self-serve or freemium motion from zero to one

  • Hands-on experience with referral, community, or word-of-mouth loops that grew a user base efficiently

Must be willing to work from our SF or NYC office at least 3x per week

This position requires a commitment to a hybrid work model, with the expectation of coming into the office a minimum of (3) three times per week.
