Your Impact

Join a small team building the next generation of Cyber Security products from the ground up. Led by industry veterans with a proven track record of success, you will play a critical role in bridging engineering, product management, and field teams. As a Technical Marketing Engineer, you will architect hands-on lab environments, showcase product value through technical content, and serve as a deep technical liaison between Product Management and the market. You will have the opportunity to grow your career, technical domain expertise, and cross-functional impact from the very start.

Role Overview

You will own the technical validation, field enablement, and hands-on technical narrative for our next-generation cybersecurity platform. In this role, you'll build production-grade lab and demo environments that translate complex platform capabilities into compelling proofs of value. You will sit at the intersection of product development and go-to-market execution—crafting deep technical content, training internal field teams, and working alongside Product Management to evaluate real-world use cases. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical/lab-building expertise with strong communication skills and a passion for simplifying complex cybersecurity workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lab & Demo Infrastructure: Architect, build, and maintain automated, production-grade lab and demo environments to showcase key platform features, user workflows, and enterprise integrations.

  • Customer-Facing Content: Create high-impact technical collateral, including architecture blueprints, technical white papers, demo videos, solution briefs, competitive tear-downs, and integration guides.

  • Internal Field Enablement: Develop and deliver technical training programs, lab exercises, and enablement sessions for Sales Engineers, Customer Success teams, and field partners.

  • PM Technical Advisory: Partner closely with Product Managers to provide deep technical inputs, conduct hands-on testing of early-stage features, validate edge cases, and help inform the product roadmap.

  • Technical Evangelism: Support technical buyer meetings, present architecture deep-dives, and showcase live product demos at industry events, webinars, and customer briefings.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Marketing Engineer (TME), Solutions Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Technical Sales Engineer within the cybersecurity domain.

  • Proven experience building, configuring, and maintaining multi-vendor enterprise lab environments, POC frameworks, and cloud/network infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP, hybrid setups).

  • Strong track record of authoring customer-facing technical documentation, whitepapers, video walkthroughs, and architecture guides.

  • Hands-on technical background with enterprise IT tooling, REST APIs, scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash), security workflows, and integration patterns.

  • Deep understanding of the competitive cybersecurity landscape, enterprise deployment topologies, and customer pain points.

  • Experience collaborating directly with Product Management to test feature capabilities, validate technical requirements, and provide actionable feedback.
