From the original posting

Flagler Health is building the clinical operating system for modern musculoskeletal care.

We partner with MSK provider groups and specialty clinics to help them grow, operate more efficiently, and deliver better longitudinal care across patient acquisition, clinical workflows, and ongoing patient engagement. Our platform sits at the intersection of care delivery and clinic operations, helping providers capture more value across the full patient lifecycle.

We’ve recently raised our Series B and are entering our next phase of growth.

The Role:

We’re seeking a highly technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of several internal healthcare technology products. You’ll lead the roadmap, work closely with engineering/data science teams and senior leadership, and translate complex ideas into real, scalable solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead product strategy and roadmap for our core products

  • Partner with our engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions

  • Define and track KPIs for each product to measure success and guide iterations

  • Collaborate with the CTO and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution

  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, design, launch, iteration

  • Translate technical requirements into actionable product plans

  • Prioritize feature development and manage timelines based on business goals

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, etc.)

  • 5–10 years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology

  • Proven experience launching and scaling complex, technical products

  • Strong understanding of software development and data-driven decision-making

  • Experience collaborating with engineering and data science teams

  • Background working at Series A–B healthcare startups strongly preferred

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CS degree or equivalent technical background.

  • Solutions engineering experience in a major EHR environment (Epic or similar), particularly if you can still write code.

Work Environment:

  • This role requires regular and consistent in-person collaboration

  • We maintain a highly collaborative culture with video-on team meetings and technical discussions

Our Values:

This is what you can expect of your teammates at Flagler:

  • Owner: We own our work like founders. We don't wait to be asked, and we pick up the problem nobody else has.

  • Builder: We like making things from scratch. We don't need a playbook to start, and we'd rather ship a rough first version than wait on a perfect spec.

  • Fast: We make quick decisions. We favor progress and respect process.

  • Transparent: We communicate directly. We value merit and honesty, and we challenge assumptions, including our own.

  • Curious: We explore new approaches and ask "why" often.
