담당 업무
- 여러 채널(티켓팅 시스템, 실시간 채팅, 스크린 공유 도구)을 통해 고객과 소통하여 기술 지원 요청을 파악하고 해결하는 동시에 고객에게 플랫폼 사용에 대한 교육을 지속적으로 실시
- 기술 문제를 재현하고 Datadog의 600개 이상의 통합에 대해 자세히 파악
- 고객과의 상호작용에서 얻은 피드백을 바탕으로 내부 팀과 제품 관련 토론에 참여
- 하나 이상의 데이터독 제품 영역에서 고도의 지식을 갖춘 전문가로 교육받기
- 데이터독 사무실에서 주 3~5일 근무
자격 요건
- 컴퓨터 과학/공학 전공자 및/또는 부트캠프 졸업자
- 오픈소스 프로젝트(코드, 버그 리포트 등) 및 엔지니어링 커뮤니티(밋업 등)에 적극적으로 기여한 분
- 자기 동기 부여가 강하고 세심한 주의력이 있으며 지속적인 학습에 대한 열망이 있는 분
- 고객 중심 접근 방식을 기본으로 하는 비판적 사고자
- 효과적인 서면 및 구두 의사 소통자
- 프로그래밍 경험이 있고 Linux에 대한 기본 지식이 있는 분
- 주말 근무가 필요한 때 교대 근무 가능한 분
