Joblaze insights
Quick facts
From the original posting
fal is the generative media ecosystem powering the next generation of AI products. We build the infrastructure, tools, and model access that teams need to move from idea to production, and do it at scale without compromise. For developers and enterprises, fal is the foundation that makes generative media not just possible, but practical: a unified platform where high-performance inference, orchestration, and observability come together to unlock new categories of AI-native products.
As generative media reshapes industries across a market projected to grow by hundreds of billions over the next decade, fal is becoming the ecosystem that ambitious teams build on.
This is a generalist role for someone who likes making things happen. Our industry moves fast: a model partner might tell us they’re launching tomorrow. We’re looking for someone who can quickly figure out what needs to happen, pull the right people together, and get it shipped.
One week, you might coordinate the launch of a frontier model. The next, you might organize a creator competition, draft launch content, coordinate a partner campaign, or figure out how fal should show up at a hackathon.
You won't own a single channel. We’re looking for a versatile marketer who can take something from “we should do this” to shipped.
Run launches. Own the logistics behind model, product, and feature launches: timelines, assets, partners, demos, landing pages, social, and everything needed to go live.
Keep things moving. Coordinate across marketing, engineering, design, creative, and external partners. Know what’s blocked, what needs to happen next, and make sure nothing gets dropped.
Turn opportunities into action. Take hackathons, partnerships, creator activations, events, and other ideas and turn them into executable plans.
Get your hands dirty. Draft copy, QA a landing page, source creators, organize a competition, set up credits, chase an approval, or jump into something none of us have done before.
Make us better at shipping. Build lightweight systems around launches, calendars, briefs, assets, and approvals so we can move faster without unnecessary process.
3–6 years of experience in marketing, growth, product marketing, partnerships, community, or a similarly broad role.
A generalist and operator who is equally comfortable coordinating work and executing it yourself.
Extremely high-agency, organized, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity.
Able to manage multiple fast-moving projects without dropping details.
A strong communicator and writer with good marketing and creative instincts.
Comfortable working with engineers, creatives, partners, and creators.
Excited about AI, creative technology, and generative media.
You don't need to have done all of this before. We care more about your ability to learn quickly, take ownership, and ship than whether you've held a specific title.
You become someone we can hand an important, ambiguous initiative to and trust that it will get done well.
When a launch moves up three days, you figure out how to make it happen. When there’s a gap, you jump in and fill it. You make launches smoother, partnerships easier, and the entire marketing team faster.
