Why We’re Hiring This Role:
Our Sales team is growing at ~5x YoY with customers like NYLife and Intuit.
We see growth as well in G&A and Marketing needs across the business.
We need someone to own full-cycle recruiting for revenue-generating functions including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. You’ll partner directly with executive leadership and hiring managers to design hiring strategies, elevate our talent bar, and scale the GTM organization thoughtfully and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
Conduct sourcing and full-cycle recruiting for all GTM roles (AE, Sales Leadership, SDR/BDR, Marketing, CS, RevOps, Partnerships). Looking to add to top of funnel, velocity matters.
Partner with CRO, Marketing leadership, and founders to define hiring plans and ideal candidate profiles.
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for competitive AI and SaaS markets.
Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Work with other Lead GTM Recruiter to manage and improve structured interview processes to ensure rigor, equity, and speed.
Work with Lead GTM Recruiter for offer strategy and close top-tier talent in competitive markets.
Use data to track funnel health, time-to-fill, quality of hire, and hiring efficiency.
Enhance employer branding within the AI and startup ecosystem.
Mentor junior recruiters or coordinate external agencies as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Ideally 3-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with deep focus on GTM hiring.
Experience recruiting for high-growth startups (Series A–C strongly preferred).
Proven track record hiring quota-carrying sales reps and GTM leaders.
Strong sourcing skills and ability to attract passive talent.
Comfort partnering directly with executives and influencing hiring decisions.
Data-driven mindset with strong operational rigor.
High ownership mentality and you thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Passion for AI and emerging technology markets.
Nice to Have
Experience recruiting in AI, ML, or technical SaaS environments.
Prior in-house startup experience scaling from 50 → 150+ employees.
Familiarity with modern recruiting tech stacks (ATS, sourcing tools, analytics platforms).
