We are looking for a Northern Europe Sales Leader to own and scale HappyRobot's commercial business across the UK, France, Germany and the Nordics. You will build and lead a team of enterprise sellers, set the sales culture, and run the region with rigor on forecast, pipeline and execution, while engaging directly with C-level buyers. You will report to the President of EMEA & APAC Sales and work as a peer of our Southern Europe Sales Leader.
Commercial Leadership - Oversee commercial activity and sales operations across Northern Europe, owning the regional revenue number.
Team Building & Management - Hire, onboard, coach and manage a team across the UK, France and Germany, and build a high-performance sales culture.
Forecast & Pipeline Rigor - Run forecasts, pipeline reviews and deal reviews with discipline, using data to drive decisions and hold the team accountable.
Executive Engagement - Engage customers and prospects at CXO level, and support your team on strategic enterprise deals and complex negotiations.
Market Development - Define and execute the go-to-market plan for each country, from target accounts to sales motion, adapting to local market dynamics.
Cross-functional Collaboration - Partner closely with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Customer Success and Product to connect the field with the business and deliver tailored solutions.
Coaching & Performance - Develop your team through hands-on coaching, deal support and clear feedback, and manage performance and conflict constructively.
Market Insights - Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity and market shifts, and feed them back into strategy and product.
Proven experience selling technology, SaaS or AI solutions to enterprise customers.
Track record of leading sales teams and consistently meeting or exceeding targets, with large ACV deals.
Strong sales management skills: forecasting, pipeline management and deal reviews.
Established access to CXO / CSO-level buyers, preferably with existing market contacts in the UK.
Proven people management skills: building, coaching and scaling teams, including conflict management and resolution.
Analytical, data-driven and numbers-driven approach to decision-making.
Executive presence and strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
Background in or close to HappyRobot's space (AI, voice, automation, logistics or enterprise software).
Experience selling across multiple European markets.
