In this role, you’ll own the product strategy and roadmap for a core area of the Harmony platform. You’ll work directly with enterprise customers to uncover real problems, partner with Engineering and Design to build elegant solutions, and drive the full product lifecycle from discovery through adoption. This is a high-ownership role at a fast-growing company where your decisions will have a direct and visible impact on customers and the business.
This is a highly visible role in a rapidly growing company where product decisions directly influence our market position and customer success. You’ll have the opportunity to shape category-defining AI experiences, work closely with leadership, and help build the next generation of enterprise software that challenges decades-old approaches to IT Service Management.
Partner directly with customers to deeply understand their challenges, workflows, and goals, translating insights into innovative products that create business value.
Lead end-to-end product development, from discovery and validation through launch, adoption, and continuous optimization.
Identifying opportunities to leverage AI agents, automation, and emerging technologies to fundamentally improve how enterprise services are delivered and consumed.
Work closely with Engineering, Design, AI, and GTM teams to ensure rapid execution, and successful product launches.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Solution Engineering teams to support strategic customers, gather market intelligence, and shape product direction.
Operate with a high degree of ownership and autonomy, making decisions in a fast-moving environment where your work will have a direct impact on product adoption, and company growth.
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience as a product manager in at least 2 different B2B software companies.
Extremely sharp, self-directed learner with the ability to rapidly master new problem spaces and domains.
Customer obsession and strong product discovery skills — you know how to gather feedback, identify unmet needs, and translate insights into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities.
Delivery-oriented with the ability to engage thoroughly and in a structured manner with every technical detail of the products you own.
Experience working with large enterprise customers (10,000+ employees), particularly with technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the ITSM space, working at a company that delivers such a product.
Experience defining AI workflows, copilots, automation, or autonomous agents.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong analytical skills with experience using product metrics, customer data, and business KPIs to guide prioritization and measure success.
Background in startups or small companies, with a proven ability to build and launch new products, features, or business lines in ambiguous environments.
