From the original posting

As a Product Marketing Manager at VTS, you'll shape how the commercial real estate industry understands our platform and products.

You'll split your time between owning go-to-market for our property management product and driving platform-level work that makes the entire GTM organization sharper, including competitive intelligence, customer insights, demos, and persona and segment strategy. You'll be a constant collaborator with product, sales, customer success, and design, bringing market and customer insight to influence what we build, and creating the stories and tools that resonate with customers.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll help build and define the processes that product marketing runs on as VTS grows.

** Please note that this opportunity is located in New York, NY, and requires this hire to work from our office 4 days a week. **

What You'll Do

  • Own launches end to end. Partner with Product from early roadmap conversations through release. Run launch meetings, decide what's release-ready, maintain the calendar, and keep the momentum going with Growth once things go live.
  • Develop positioning and messaging. Create clear, differentiated messaging across products, personas, and segments that reflects current market and competitive intelligence.
  • Enable the go-to-market team. Build sales artifacts, presentations, demos, and deliver training that help sales and customer success sell and drive adoption.
  • Lead competitive and customer intelligence. Monitor the commercial real estate technology and AI landscape, and programmatically mine sources like Gong calls and customer conversations for insights that shape positioning and product strategy.
  • Develop customer-facing content. Create collateral, case studies, and customer stories with Content and Design that bring our value to life.
  • Define personas and segmentation. Sharpen our understanding of who we sell to and what matters to them, and help teams across the company apply it.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally. Work closely with product, sales, customer success, design, and growth so that we execute cohesively.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on B2B product marketing experience, with a track record of successful launches, sales enablement, and product adoption
  • Expertise in positioning and messaging, and in turning them into sales and customer-facing assets
  • High agency and comfort with ambiguity. You build the first version quickly, test it, make tradeoffs, and iterate quickly.
  • Strong operational instincts. You think in systems and repeatable frameworks, and you build structure where none exists.
  • Ability to influence at every level, with confidence presenting to executives, sales teams, and customers
  • Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives
  • Experience developing customer content programs, such as case studies, testimonials, and advocacy
  • AI-native working style. You use AI tools every day for research, analysis, drafting, and operations, and you have a point of view on doing it well.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with product-led growth motions
  • Brand development experience
  • Strong design instincts and taste. You aren’t a designer but you can speak their language and know what good looks like
  • Background in commercial real estate, proptech, or vertical SaaS
