About the Role

We are looking for a Professional Services Consultant to lead implementation projects and initial training sessions for new customers. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery and onboarding. This role is key to setting customers up for long-term success through thoughtful planning, technical expertise, and project excellence.

You will own the transition from proof of value (POV) to deployment, ensuring knowledge transfer of success criteria, technical environments, and timelines. You’ll consult on best practices, identify risks early, and guide customers through a smooth, scalable implementation of the Abnormal Security platform.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in enterprise-grade SaaS deployments, especially in cybersecurity, who enjoys solving technical challenges and driving outcomes in fast-paced environments.

  • Proven ability to drive projects end-to-end: discovery, planning, execution, issue resolution, and delivery sign-off.
  • Familiarity with enterprise mail flow, email security, and related technologies.
  • Experience leading technical conversations with IT and InfoSec stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in commercial email routing, filtering, or SEG tools.
  • Exposure to log analysis using SIEM or similar tools.
  • Basic scripting or coding knowledge (e.g., Python or Java) is a plus.

Actual compensation will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Base salary range:
$104,000$149,600 USD
