Job Summary:

We are hiring a Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce) to support the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform and integrated GTM systems. Based in Pune, this role is ideal for professionals with strong Salesforce skills who are eager to grow in a collaborative and high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Manage users, roles, profiles, forecasts, territory management and permission sets across the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Salesforce CPQ & Sales/Service Cloud: Hands-on experience configuring and customizing Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ) and integrated ERP systems (NetSuite) to support global GTM operations.

  • Configuration & Automation: Build and maintain automation using point and click tools such as Flows, Lightning App Builder, Approval processes, etc. Should be able to configure, maintain and support Marketo, Outreach, Leandata, Gong, etc. GTM tools.

  • Salesforce Agentforce/ AI: Knowledge & experience with configuring and deploying AI facilitated development.

  • Data Management: Perform data migration, cleaning, and manipulation using Data Loader, other tools. Support data integrity through validation rules, duplicate management, and cleansing activities.

  • DevOps: Utilize Git/DevOps tools for environment management (Sandbox to Production deployments).

  • Security: Ensure data and system integrity, governance, and security. Knowledge of Salesforce Shield.

  • Project Management: Triage and resolve end-user support tickets and system issues. Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives. Assist with UAT, documentation, and training during system releases.

  • Documentation: Document business processes and technical configurations in Confluence.

  • Communication: Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enhancements and new functionality.

Requirements and Preferred Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce/ SaaS ecosystem.

  • Proficiency in configurations and customizations using point and click tools.

  • Experience with Commercial Applications/ GTM tools like NetSuite, Marketo, Outreach, LeanData, Gong, etc.

  • Ability to work independently and within a global, cross-functional team.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator. Advanced Administrator and AI Certifications is a plus.

  • Good to have knowledge of Apex.
