Joblaze insights
Quick facts
From the original posting
We're building an agentic AI platform that helps enterprises transform complex business workflows into AI-powered operations. We work with leading global companies to identify high-value workflows, deploy AI agents into real business environments, and help organizations move from experimentation to measurable enterprise impact.
We believe AI adoption inside the enterprise isn't just a technology challenge. It requires business context, workflow understanding, change management, trust, ownership, and a clear path to value. That's where this role comes in.
You will build Reindeer's sales development function in the US: the team, the playbook, and the system. You own hiring, coaching, messaging quality, and quota attainment.
The sale is technical and multi-stakeholder. Prospecting into it requires reps who can hold a credible conversation about how enterprise teams run a process today, and about how AI is transforming business operations.
Hiring
Define the profile, source candidates, run the interview loop, and onboard new reps. You will scale the team over the next 12 months and own the quality bar for every hire.
Coaching and development
Weekly call reviews, live call coaching, written feedback on outbound copy, ramp plans, and individual performance plans when someone is off pace.
The playbook
Sequences, talk tracks, objection handling, and account research standards. You will write the first version and revise it against what the data shows.
Targets and pacing
Set quarterly qualified-meeting quotas with monthly sub-targets, track pacing weekly, and flag risk early.
Pipeline quality
Work with AEs on qualification gates, handoff standards, and recovery plays for meetings that stall.
Systems and reporting
Partner with marketing ops on HubSpot routing, lead status definitions, meeting tagging, and dashboards, so the team's numbers hold up under scrutiny.
6+ years in B2B SDR or BDR roles, including 2 years leading a team, whether as a manager, team lead, or player-coach.
Enterprise experience specifically: multi-stakeholder deals, sales cycles of six months or longer, and six-figure ACVs.
A track record of hiring and ramping reps, with examples of people you developed and what changed in their performance.
Comfort with a technical product. You can learn how an AI agent handles an accounts payable exception (for example) and explain it to a finance leader without opening a demo.
Fluency with CRM and sequencing tooling, and experience with AI tools for GTM and pipeline generation.
Experience selling AI or automation products, domain exposure to financial services or logistics, and work at a seed or Series A company where the playbook did not exist yet.
