About the Role at RobCo
RobCo is building the category of Autonomous Industrial Robotics and we're doing it fast. We believe that automating the ordinary frees humans to do the extraordinary, and we're building the end-to-end robotics infrastructure to make that possible - hardware, software, and AI in one stack that just works.
At RobCo, we automate the ordinary, so humans can do the extraordinary. To achieve this, we are looking for an ambitious Enterprise Account Executive (m/f/d) to help us establish RobCo as Europe’s leading provider of automation solutions.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for building and developing customers in the enterprise segment in Germany.
You actively drive pipeline generation—with support from our SDR team, which helps you build new leads and open doors.
You manage the entire sales cycle—from lead qualification to closing.
You travel across Germany to visit customers on site, build relationships, and successfully position our automation solutions.
Together with our technical Concept Engineer, you assess project feasibility and develop automation concepts that maximize customer value.
You work closely with Marketing and the Solutions team to inspire customers about RobCo in a sustainable way.
You measure your success in a data-driven way using defined KPIs and use the insights to further develop your region.
We're looking for someone who has:
At least two years of experience in B2B sales (e.g., as an Account Executive or Business Development Manager), preferably in the tech/SaaS/industrial environment.
Solid knowledge of the MEDDIC sales methodology—you master the theory and can demonstrably apply it successfully in practice.
Proven success in building and closing new accounts.
Strong communication, networking, and C-level stakeholder management skills in German and English
Willingness to travel within Germany.
Ambitious, data-driven, and motivated to conquer the market together with a fast-growing company.
Interest in continuous learning, e.g., in areas such as machine tools (CNC), metal processing, intralogistics, and automation.
Why join RobCo?
Develop modular, software-defined robotics solutions with us that set new standards in automation.
Help us build robots equipped with state-of-the-art AI that perceive their environment, analyze data, and make intelligent decisions in real time.
As part of a very dynamic and fast-growing scale-up, you will take on responsibility from day one, drive your own projects, and see the direct impact of your work.
Flat hierarchies, open communication, and regular 360° feedback enable fast decisions and support your professional and personal development.
Work out across Germany in over 7,200 studios with our subsidized Wellpass membership.
Flexible working hours, a modern office, and—depending on the role—the option to work from home.
Regular team events—from relaxed beer & pizza nights on the rooftop terrace to shared experiences on ski trips or at Oktoberfest.
