Through our cutting-edge machine learning, data science, and anti-fraud AI, we have served over 18 million customers as of 2025 while achieving solid profitability for sustainable growth.   This role We are looking for a Compliance Analyst to help keep that operation running across Latin America: reviewing alerts, supporting monitoring and testing, and preparing the reports and documentation that keep our program effective and defensible. This role sits at the intersection of anti-money laundering, consumer protection, ethics, and the broader compliance framework, and it is where a compliance professional builds the foundations of a strong regional career. You will execute the day-to-day compliance operation independently on routine tasks, and take on more complex work with the support and supervision of the Compliance Officer and senior colleagues. You will support the program at local, regional, and global levels, partnering with compliance teams and business stakeholders across six markets. The work is varied and demanding, and it rewards proficiency, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to keep learning. This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You are expected to bring initiative and sound judgment, to flag issues and propose solutions, and to grow steadily toward greater independence and ownership. Strategic direction and final accountability rest with the Compliance Officer. This position reports to the Compliance Officer & MLRO.
