We are looking for a motivated Senior Project Associate to join our growing organization. This position is based in the United States (preferably New York) and can work cross-functionally on projects across all teams. They are forward-thinking and create efficiencies while pushing through roadblocks. This person is comfortable rotating across departments (engineering, product, marketing, and people, for example). However, there is potential for longevity in a specific department if they find an area they are passionate about!
Array considers a flexible approach to hiring depending on business and team needs and interests of the candidate. We will consider hiring through a variety of channels such as: work trials, full time direct hire, or contract to hire.

Pay Transparency: $70,000 base salary. Full time employee compensation includes an Incentive Stock Option (ISO) grant, subject to Board approval.
