About the Role
As a Staff Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the strategy for a portfolio of connectors that drive growth of Fivetran.
This is a full-time position based out of our Bangalore office, with a hybrid work model that offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of products and contribute to strategic decisions on growing and improving that portfolio, including optimizing revenue.
- Accelerate the connector roadmap with AI-driven development.
- Use data, customer research, and market insights to identify and prioritize product opportunities.
- Partner with and lead cross-functional teams to execute the product roadmap.
- Define and track product health metrics to ensure connectors meet customer needs and Fivetran’s product principles.
- Drive clarity and alignment on complex or ambiguous product problems.
- Communicate product strategy, progress, and impact to stakeholders.
- Evangelize the success of product initiatives internally and externally.
Skills We’re Looking For
- Track record of shipping SaaS products that deliver measurable results
- Experience leveraging LLMs & AI for a variety of tasks
- Ability to translate complex details into clear, concise requirements and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A deep sense of empathy for the customer, ensuring that all solutions are customer-focused and deliver significant value
- Strong attention to detail with a deep understanding of the big picture
- Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines
- Demonstrated use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products.
