As Technical Recruiter, you’ll partner directly with the founders and hiring managers to attract and hire top-tier talent across engineering and operations teams.
What You'll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles — from sourcing to close
Build and manage strong pipelines of high-quality candidates
Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role needs and scorecards
Craft great candidate experiences — from first touch to offer
Iterate quickly on recruiting strategies and sourcing channels
