POSITION SUMMARY

As an Account Executive, you will identify, source and close net new business opportunities.

Our Account Executive is a high volume inside sales role, meaning all customer interactions are performed via the phone, zoom and email.

The primary goal as an Account Executive is to drive company growth by adding new clients via software license sales.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a strong pipeline of new logo leads.
  • Qualify and convert inbound and outbound leads through online product demos and value-based proposals.
  • Drive an effective sales process to hit monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining weekly activity metrics.
  • Self source into net new prospects to maintain healthy pipeline coverage.
  • Own contract negotiations and close the sale before handing off to the Customer Success and Implementation and Expansion team.

EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years B2B SaaS sales with quota carrying and direct sales experience
  • Maintenance, Manufacturing, and Facilities sales industry experience a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
  • Bachelor's Degree with equivalent experience a plus

KNOWLEDGE

  • Proficiency with CRM applications such as Salesforce
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Zoominfo, Outreach, and Chili Piper is a plus
  • Experience partnering with a BDR is a plus
  • Extensive lead generation and sales development experience in a high-paced sales environment

COMPENSATION

This role will receive a competitive base salary + benefits. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay range for this role is $70,500/$70,500 = $141,000 OTE.
