About the Role

Neon is looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Brand and Growth Marketing Manager to help build our marketing function from the ground up.

You'll work closely with Business Development, Customer Success, Partnerships to generate qualified pipeline and support Neon's most strategic opportunities. The role combines scalable demand generation with account-based marketing (ABM), creating campaigns that build awareness, support enterprise sales conversations, and help convert priority publishers into long-term customers.

This role is a blend of strategy and execution. You'll create campaigns, develop targeted outbound programs, build compelling marketing assets, support executive events, and continuously experiment with new ways to generate qualified pipeline.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Enterprise Demand Generation & ABM: Partner closely with Business Development to engage Neon's highest-priority publisher accounts. Build targeted campaigns that combine scalable demand generation with personalized account-based marketing (ABM).

  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, content, LinkedIn, paid media, SEO, and lifecycle marketing. Continuously test messaging, channels, and audiences to improve qualified pipeline.

  • Content & Sales Enablement: Turn customer stories, benchmark data, and product updates into compelling marketing assets. Create outbound campaigns and sales enablement content that helps engage enterprise buyers.

  • Executive Events: Support executive dinners, customer roundtables, and industry events around major gaming conferences. Work with Business Development on target account selection, pre-event engagement, and post-event follow-up.

  • Analytics & Marketing Operations: Own marketing operations including CRM hygiene, segmentation, campaign reporting, and automation. Use campaign performance, account engagement, and Sales feedback to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements)

  • 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), or B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, fintech, gaming, or a similar technical industry.

  • Strong commercial mindset. You're curious about customer problems, buying journeys, and what drives enterprise accounts from awareness to closed deal.

  • Excellent communicator. You can write thoughtful outbound emails, campaign messaging, and customer-facing content that feels relevant, personalized, and credible.

  • Comfortable with marketing tools. You've worked with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar CRM and marketing automation tools, and you're confident in learning new systems.

  • Data-informed decision maker. You're comfortable analyzing campaign performance, pipeline metrics, and customer insights to prioritize what to scale, improve, or stop.

  • Organized, proactive, and collaborative. You enjoy working cross-functionally with Business Development, Customer Success, and Leadership, and you're comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving startup.

Bonus Points

  • Experience supporting enterprise sales teams or account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.

  • Experience coordinating executive dinners, customer events, or industry conferences.

  • Genuine enthusiasm for mobile gaming or experience selling to game studios.

  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment.

  • Experience using AI to improve marketing workflows, research, personalization, or content creation.
