About Role:
Finix is seeking a Partnership Success Manager to own the health, growth, and productivity of our partnerships after they're signed. While our Strategic Partnerships Managers focus on sourcing and closing, you'll take the baton at close and turn those relationships into a reliable, scaling source of qualified pipeline and revenue.
You'll be the day-to-day owner of our partner portfolio, responsible for onboarding partners, driving Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs), and keeping partners engaged and productive. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, relationship-driven, and energized by operational execution, comfortable managing many partners at once and obsessive about follow-through.
