Quick facts
From the original posting
Harvey is seeking a highly resourceful, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Program Manager to drive a broad portfolio of Customer Engagement initiatives spanning events, executive engagement, loyalty programs, and strategic projects.
This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, can flex across multiple priorities, and enjoys turning ambitious ideas into well-executed programs. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and external stakeholders to drive projects from initial concept through planning, execution, and delivery.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional project manager and strong customer marketing generalist who brings structure to ambiguity, navigates complex stakeholder relationships, and takes genuine ownership of outcomes. Someone who is meticulous about the details, anticipates what needs to happen next, and can confidently drive multiple projects forward without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Program Management & Cross-Functional Execution
Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives, translating strategic objectives into detailed project plans with clear milestones, owners, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
Drive alignment and accountability across cross-functional stakeholders, proactively managing competing priorities, identifying risks, resolving blockers, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Lead projects, tracking, and documentation across the broader team, often building the operational framework for initiatives without an existing playbook.
Customer Marketing, Community Events, & Experiences
Lead planning and execution of customer-facing programs, including community events, roundtables, activations, and strategic partnerships.
Help develop, launch, and operationalize new customer loyalty, recognition, gifting, and engagement initiatives.
Manage program logistics, budgets, vendors, external partners, and production to deliver high-quality experiences.
Strategic Initiatives & Program Operations
Drive execution of research and thought leadership initiatives, coordinating internal teams, external partners, timelines, and deliverables.
Own internal customer engagement initiatives, including customer participation in advocacy activities.
Establish scalable project management processes, trackers, workflows, and reporting to improve visibility, accountability, and operational efficiency as the function grows.
5–8+ years of experience in customer marketing, program management, experiential marketing, strategic operations, or related roles, ideally at a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from inception through completion.
Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority and work effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders.
High ownership, sound judgment, and a bias toward action. You anticipate challenges, proactively solve problems, and can be trusted to drive projects forward with minimal oversight.
Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Asana, Airtable, or similar project management platforms.
