The Financial Data Reconciliation team enables the Mercury system by ensuring end-to-end tracking of transactions across partner banks and internal systems, protecting customer funds through timely, rigorous, and efficient reconciliation. The team owns the full reconciliation lifecycle — from building the data pipelines that transform and enrich transaction data, to matching and investigating exceptions, to reporting on reconciliation health across the business.

We’re looking for a Senior Financial Data Reconciliation Analyst who will help operationalize, standardize, and scale reconciliation across Mercury’s banking partners and internal systems. As a senior member of the team, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives from design through delivery and help other analysts grow. You’ll collaborate with internal and external partners to account for, reconcile, and investigate edge cases in the underlying money movements that power Mercury’s financial products.
