We're hiring a Staff Product Manager to reinvent how Headway automates and scales provider growth. As provider acquisition scales and grows more complex, we need someone who can bring go to market, engineering, and sales together around a singular vision that includes automation, AI, and world-class tools for our sellers and marketers.
Drive the roadmap around Headway's go to market systems, unifying sales, marketing/growth, and engineering around one vision
Identify where manual effort is a real bottleneck to growth and efficiency and drive the automation that removes it
Consolidate a fragmented tool stack into a coherent system that drives more efficient growth
Lead innovation in our marketing stack — across revenue feeds, audiences, data enrichment, and other tools to help us acquire providers more effectively
Partner directly with Sales leadership to innovate around how we sell and collaborate with your peers to ensure we are building a thoughtful acquisition system from top to bottom
You've driven real gains in acquisition or sales-process efficiency, with automation or tooling as one of several levers you pulled
You've worked closely with marketers to build scalable acquisition systems (audiences, revenue feeds, attribution, conversion events, campaign management, etc)
You can unify teams with different incentives — sales, marketing, engineering — around a single roadmap without formal authority over all of them
You know when a process problem needs automation and when it needs a people or incentive fix instead
You can make a technical case to engineers and a business case to sales leadership — in the same week
