  • Develop a data quality roadmap to address customer data challenges.
  • Align on priorities with leadership, Data Engineering, and Systems teams.

  • Define and measure success metrics.
  • Develop dashboards that highlight progress against the identified metrics.
  • Communicate progress to Stripe leadership and engage leaders to help influence decisions and remove blockers.

Who you are

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Minimum requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales strategy and operations in a high-growth technology environment, or operational experience in management consulting.
  • Ability to take ownership of problems, investigate their root causes, and ensure execution.
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups and escalate issues to leadership when appropriate.
  • An enthusiastic, hands-on mentality and willingness to contribute as an individual contributor while leading a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving complex business problems.
  • Ability to work effectively with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment.

Preferred qualifications
