We are looking to hire a generalist who is creative, curious, and content-driven and also wants to soak up all things marketing.
Building repeatable systems (monthly spotlight series, pre/post-event playbooks) rather than one-off content
Creating content for all Mintlify social media platforms (X, LinkedIn, others)
Assisting with field marketing and product marketing initiatives as necessary
Writing for developers - with a strong understanding of how developers discover and evaluate tools
Coming up with creative ways to reach and market to our customers
Tracking metrics (pipeline influenced, meetings booked, signups sourced, cost per meeting) and figuring out how to optimize for them
2-5 years of experience at an early-stage startup, ideally within the marketing department
Strong executional + strategic skills, capable of owning programs end-to-end on a small team with minimal direction
Hybrid GTM experience: comfortable spanning PLG (startup/self-serve) and sales-assisted (mid-market/enterprise)
Experience working in the dev tools or technical B2B audience space
Bonus Points: Experience posting on at least one social media platform in a public capacity - ideally with clear milestones achieved. Familiarity with devtools. Background in community marketing
