Quick facts
From the original posting
Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense. We particularly like people who are truth-seeking, passionate, and creative. We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code.
We're hiring a Partner Technical Manager to lead and scale our partnerships with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs). You'll own strategic GSI relationships end-to-end — building joint go-to-market plans, driving solution development, and enabling delivery at scale.
As the accountable owner for a portfolio of high-impact GSI partnerships, you'll set direction, establish operating cadence, and align internal and partner stakeholders around measurable outcomes. This role demands strong executive presence and the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional work across GTM, product, legal, security, and partner organizations.
What You'll Do
Own and scale strategic partnerships with international GSIs, with full accountability for adoption, revenue impact, and long-term partnership growth
Set partnership strategy, including joint business plans, execution roadmaps, and success metrics
Build a durable operating model — governance, executive alignment, and a cadence of business reviews
Drive joint go-to-market plans with Sales, Solutions, and Marketing, spanning field enablement, positioning, and demand generation
Partner with Solutions, Product, and Engineering to identify repeatable use cases and scalable delivery patterns
Work closely with Security, Legal, and Commercial teams to establish trust and compliance frameworks for partner-led work
Enable GSI partners to build deep expertise across advisory, implementation, and managed services
Monitor performance against clear metrics, resolve execution bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
Significant experience leading strategic GSI, alliance, or channel partnerships in enterprise software, cloud, consulting, or AI
Deep understanding of how GSIs operate across enterprise customers and delivery organizations
A track record of scaling partnerships from early strategy through field activation and measurable business impact
Strong technical and product fluency, with the ability to partner effectively with Solutions, Product, and Engineering without being the hands-on implementer
Experience navigating enterprise security, privacy, governance, and commercial frameworks
Exceptional cross-functional leadership and executive presence, with comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environmentsStrong communicator, comfortable producing decision-ready memos and executive updates
