About the team

At Stripe, we want to give every candidate a stellar experience, no matter the outcome of their interview. Our Recruiting Coordination team manages several aspects of recruiting administration to provide a great experience for our candidates, shepherding them through the entire process. Initially on a 12-month fixed term contract, this role will involve playing a key role in the coordination of the interview process across many regions, functions and role types.

Schedule high-volume interviews globally, including senior and executive searches in partnership with Leadership Recruiting as neededPartner with recruiters and interviewers to deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring processSolve problems and adapt quickly as priorities change, while handling sensitive information with discretionWork closely with other coordinators and cross-functional partners to support hiringOwn the onsite candidate experience, acting as their primary host in the office to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience
