Neo Security is hiring a Sales Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of our go-to-market team, based full-time out of our Boston, MA office. You'll own the systems, processes, and data that keep the sales organization running efficiently — from Salesforce administration and territory/quota planning to forecasting, deal desk support, and sales reporting. You'll work closely with Sales leadership, Finance/RevOps, and Marketing to make sure the sales team has clean data, the right tools, and clear processes to hit their numbers.
This role suits a detail-oriented, analytical operator who enjoys being the person behind the scenes that makes a sales team run smoothly, and who's comfortable owning both the systems and the numbers.
What You'll Do
- Own Salesforce administration, including user management, workflow automation, data hygiene, and integrations with other go-to-market tools.
- Manage sales forecasting and pipeline reporting, ensuring leadership has accurate, timely visibility into the business.
- Support territory design, account segmentation, and quota planning in partnership with Sales leadership and Finance.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports on pipeline, conversion rates, quota attainment, and other key sales metrics.
- Provide deal desk support, helping reps navigate approvals, discounting, and non-standard deal structures.
- Own and improve the lead-to-cash process in partnership with Marketing, Finance, and Sales, ensuring smooth handoffs at each stage.
- Manage the sales tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), evaluating and rolling out new tools as needed.
- Support sales compensation processes, including commission calculations and plan documentation, in partnership with Finance and People.
- Partner with Sales leadership on onboarding and enablement logistics for new sales hires, ensuring they're set up with the right tools and access.
- Identify and drive process improvements to increase sales productivity and reduce administrative burden on reps.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Strong hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including workflow automation, reporting, and data management.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience building dashboards and reports that drive decision-making.
- Experience supporting sales forecasting, territory planning, and quota-setting processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales reps, leadership, and cross-functional partners.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes and priorities.
- Based in or able to relocate to the Boston, MA area, and available to work in-office full-time.
Nice to Haves
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or another technical B2B SaaS product.
- Experience supporting sales compensation design and administration.
- Familiarity with additional go-to-market tools (e.g., Outreach/Salesloft, Gong, 6sense, Clari).
- Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup, building sales operations processes from the ground up.
- SQL or other data querying skills to support more advanced reporting and analysis.
