We are looking for a Senior Business Development Representative experienced in generating high quality meetings for our sales team that has experience with B2B SaaS products. Quality and execution oriented, this role will be responsible for outbound pipeline creation.
You will:
- Outbound prospecting to generate new business high quality meetings for your sales partners through a variety of channels, including cold calling, email, and social media.
- Focus on direct to consumer, fintech, and neobank verticals.
- Self-source prospects for outreach through research, networking, and other channels.
- Meet specific KPIs for cold calls, email outreach and most importantly conversations.
- Qualify prospects and uncover their business needs while sharing Array value.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute prospecting strategies.
- Manage, document, and plan all activity with proficiency in Salesforce and Gong.
- Collaborate with leadership to share market feedback, set strategy, prioritize industry segmentation, compose messaging and give closed loop feedback on what’s working and what’s not working.
- Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster—it’s your default, not an afterthought.
You have:
- Experience in the fintech industry is required.
- 3+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR with cold calling KPIs.
- Exceptional qualification skills and emotional intelligence on cold calls.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presence on LinkedIn and experience identifying leads, communicating with prospects, commenting and engaging on the platform.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate meetings for your AEs through relentless, thoughtful, and quality prospecting.
- Proficiency in tech stack tools: Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Chat GPT, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team; especially with account executives.
- A belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do.
Pay Transparency: $85,000 base salary plus commission.
