From the original posting

We are looking for a Vertical Product Manager to own Wonderful's solutions for the healthcare industry: health insurers and payers, hospitals and provider networks, and the platforms that sit between them. This role is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and go-to-market of repeatable healthcare solutions: products that solve a specific business problem for a payer or a provider and that we can sell and deploy again and again, in every country we work in.

Our teams in the field already build valuable agents for healthcare organizations. As one of the first Vertical PMs, you will turn this field experience into a catalog of solutions that sales can pitch from the first meeting, and that our deployment teams can take to production faster each time. You will work closely with country GMs, Deployment Strategists, FDEs, HQ product groups, R&D and marketing.

Healthcare has the highest stakes and the least room for a wrong answer of any industry we sell into. A member asking what their cover actually includes, a patient trying to move an appointment, a family trying to understand a bill. Solutions here have to be accurate, careful with patient data, and know exactly when to hand the conversation to a person.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Wonderful's healthcare solutions, from the first solutions to a full catalog across payers and providers.

  • Identify the highest-value repeatable solutions, using what we have already built for healthcare customers, input from the field and market research.

  • Convert repeated customer needs into productized solutions rather than one-off builds, in partnership with HQ product groups and R&D.

  • Own the full solution offering for go-to-market, including demos, pricing, business case and reference deployments, so that solutions win deals in pre-sale.

  • Partner with marketing and sales on positioning, sales enablement and conversations with senior payer and provider buyers.

  • Build a deep understanding of payer and provider operations, buyer needs, regulation and competitors, and use it to shape priorities.

  • Set the patient privacy, accuracy and human-handover bar that a payer or a provider will accept, together with R&D, security and legal, and define how a solution integrates with the clinical and administrative systems a customer already runs.

  • Own the market rollout for each solution: which countries it enters and in what order, what has to change for it to work in each one, and how we grow penetration from there. A solution is judged by its total across every market, not by a single deal.

  • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers from discovery to production, while maintaining team health.

  • Define and track the metrics that show each solution is working, and communicate progress to leadership.

  • Operate independently, think strategically and communicate clearly with executive and technical audiences.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of product management, solutions or strategy experience in B2B or enterprise software.

  • Experience building products for healthcare payers, providers or health technology companies, or working inside one.

  • Experience taking a product from customer discovery to repeatable sales.

  • Experience working closely with engineering, sales and customer-facing teams.

  • Experience presenting to and influencing senior executives.

  • AI-native PM with demonstrated ability to use AI tools to build prototypes and demos, and to redesign workflows.

Advantages

  • Experience with AI agents, LLM-based products or workflow automation.

  • Experience in a pre-sales, solutions or forward-deployed role.

  • Knowledge of core healthcare processes, such as benefits and eligibility, claims and billing, scheduling and patient intake, or care navigation.

  • Familiarity with the clinical and administrative systems that healthcare organizations already run.

  • Experience working across several countries or markets, or in a fast-growing startup.
